We invite up to 3 reviewed local pros who work in your area and do this kind of work; if one drops out, we invite another (up to 5 in total). You'll see each estimate side by side, can message the pros, and choose one when you're ready. How many estimates you get depends on which pros are available, so it may be fewer than 3. You're never obligated to hire.
Pros see your project description, neighborhood and photos; the street address is shared only with the pro you hire. Your phone number and email are shared only with the pro you choose, after you confirm the job. Until then, you talk through HomeKept messages.
